The Department of Education has a new online form to apply for the Living Away From Home Allowances Scheme (LAFHAS) to help provide you with a better experience and enhanced protection while completing the form online.
The new online application form is available via the myQld (Qld government) portal.
You will need to log in with a QDI (Qld government digital identity) or myID (federal government digital identity). If you do not have an account you can sign up using the links on the new form linked below:
